Cancellation policy weddings and accommodation
In the event of a Wedding cancellation, the deposit is 100% non-refundable under any circumstance.
If the wedding is cancelled 31 to 60 days before the wedding, 50% of the total amount is due and payable.
If the wedding is cancelled 30 days or shorter to the wedding date, the entire whole amount is due and non-refundable.
If the wedding is cancelled 61 days to 120 days before the wedding date, 30% of the entire whole amount is due and payable.
In certain circumstances e.g Corona Virus a credit note may be issued for a future date *conditions apply.
Cancellation policy for accommodation (Kookaburra Hideaway, The Woodcutter's Shed and Wallaby Lodge.
All initial deposits made to hold reservations are non refundable.
Balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made 59 days or less prior to arrival incur a 100% loss of full price of booking unless an exactly priced replacement reservation can be found for cancelled dates.
Any shortfall will be taken from refund and a $100 administration fee will be charged. In certain circumstances a credit note may be issued for a future date.* Conditions apply.
If any bookings are made through a 3rd party website such as Airbnb or Homeaway, the booking and cancellation terms and conditions will apply and are completely separate from our terms and conditions.
To make a firm booking with us we will require a $500 - $1000 deposit paid via Paypal or Credit card. ($1000 deposits can be made in 2 installments of $500 over 14 days)
Please note, progress payments are an agreed payment plan towards the full price of your wedding, which is your invoice total. Your invoice total is the amount due and payable.
50% of your balance will be payable 120 days prior to your wedding and final balance and numbers to be given 60 days prior.
Your initial deposit is non-refundable. Progress payments are a portion of the total price invoiced for your Wedding and are due and payable and subject to collection at set times during the lead up to your wedding. Once your booking is made, we turn away other booking requests for your dates, therefore if payments are not made or a booking cancelled we need to be compensated as we are likely to not able able to get a replacement booking.

You can also make payments via paypal along the way, however please note that in the event of cancellation any refund of excess payment to us may need to be via a payment plan.
